Where we ship

We deliver to most pincodes across India through our courier partners (via Shiprocket). If your pincode isn't serviceable, we'll contact you and refund any online payment in full.

Delivery charges

• Delivery: ₹149 per order, anywhere in India.
• Cash on Delivery: an additional ₹89 per order.
• Charges are shown at checkout before you place the order.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are packed and dispatched from Mumbai within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days within Maharashtra and 4–8 working days for the rest of India. Remote areas may take longer.

Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched you'll receive tracking details by SMS/WhatsApp on the mobile number you gave at checkout.

Cash on Delivery

Please keep the exact amount ready in cash or UPI when the courier arrives. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels may lead to COD being disabled for your number.

Damaged parcel

If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please take a photo before opening and WhatsApp it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
