This policy explains what information Arthstep ("we") collects when you use arthstep.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order details: name, mobile number, email (optional), delivery address, items ordered.
• Payment status from our payment partner. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
• Basic technical data your browser shares, such as device type. Your bag contents are saved only in your own browser.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order, and to send order and delivery updates.
• To keep accounting and GST records as required by law.
• We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only with the partners needed to complete your order: Razorpay (payments), Shiprocket and its courier partners (delivery), and Google (where our order records are stored).

Your choices
